The Loop I Need to be Aware of

  1. It is a loop that I trap myself in, often. The details are many, so I prefer not to list them out in a public blog post.
I have chosen an image of me in a well, midway on the staircase and tried to juxtapose it with its reverse hence giving an impression that my problems, ideas and desires start and end with myself. This course has given me a chance to channelize my tendency to intellectualize- it has given me space to ponder and use the pondering.
    Active thinking.

  2. i love the visual because it is simple and self explanatory. The loop that you talk about here is i guess something that everyone experiences in there life in one form or another. it was nice to know that you used the course as means of self growth.
